The Challenge
With multiple courses, standards, delivery formats and candidate outcomes being managed simultaneously, certificate issuance needs to be accurate, consistent and fully traceable. SEQM Training also needed a solution that reduced manual administration while providing learners, employers and other interested parties with a straightforward way of verifying the authenticity of certificates issued.A particularly high administrative workload occurred following completion of CQI and IRCA Certified Training courses, once examination results had been received. Each week, SEQM Training receives a CSV file containing candidate results, which must then be converted into the appropriate certificates of achievement or attendance.
Turning those raw results into individual, verifiable certificates was a manual process that consumed valuable administrative time and created additional handling requirements.
The Solution
SEQM Training now manages certificates across multiple CQI and IRCA Certified Training courses through a single, centralised portal on BlockMark Registry, giving the team one place to issue and manage certificates regardless of the standard or course level involved.For the weekly results process, SEQM Training uses BlockMark Registry’s bulk-upload issuance feature. Rather than working through candidate results individually, the team uploads the CSV results file directly into the platform. The system then processes the batch and automatically generates the corresponding certificates accurately and consistently.
What previously took approximately one to two hours of manual administration per weekly results batch can now be completed in just a few minutes, providing a significant improvement in efficiency while maintaining accuracy and traceability.
